What is a GBXpress Subscription?
A GBXpress (which stands for GoldBuckleXpress) subscription gives you access to a full suite of tools for planning and attending rodeo events. Whether you're organizing an event or attending one, GBXpress offers itinerary planning, US-based rodeo event mapping, and horse motel bookings across the US. Subscribers also have access to vet notes management and our community forum. All features are available through a monthly or yearly subscription.
How do I create an account on GBX?
Creating an account with GBX is simple and straightforward. Just head to the sign-up section on our website and follow the standard account creation process. Once you have an account, you’ll need to subscribe to our monthly or yearly GBXpress plan to access the app and all its premium features. You can find the GBXpress app in the "My Account" section of the website. Please note that the app is only available with an active paid subscription.
Is GBXpress available internationally?
While GBXpress’s itinerary planning tool can be used by anyone worldwide, the map tool and horse motels are currently only available for US-based rodeo events. If you’re planning an event outside of the US, GBXpress can still help you organize your itinerary, but features like horse motel suggestions will not be available in other countries at this time.

What does the GBX subscription include?
A GBXpress subscription provides full access to our comprehensive rodeo planning tools. These include event planning, route mapping, and personalized itineraries. You’ll also receive a list of horse motels along your route, with markers displayed on the map for easy reference. While GBXpress does not facilitate direct booking, you can view key details for each motel, including their address, phone number, and email. Simply click on a hotel in your itinerary to access this information.
Additionally, you’ll gain access to our community forum, a winnings tracker to monitor your successes, and a vet notes feature to help manage important information about your animals.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Managing your GBXpress subscription is easy. Once you log into your account, you’ll be in the right area. Simply navigate to the bottom of the page, where you'll find a “Manage Subscriptions” link. Clicking this will take you to the subscription management section powered by Recharge. From there, you can view your current plan, update address & payment details, or click “Manage my subscription” for your product to make changes or cancel.
How do I reactivate my GBXpress subscription?
If you've previously canceled your GBXpress subscription and wish to reactivate it, please reach out to our Customer Support team. Due to our subscription management system, reactivations cannot be processed automatically through the Recharge portal. By contacting us directly, we can promptly reinstate your subscription and restore your access to all GBXpress features without delay.

What is your refund policy for subscriptions?
In all cases, customers must contact our support team to initiate any refunds. Please reach out via our contact form or by emailing info@goldbucklexpress.com to submit your request. Refunds will not be processed automatically and require direct communication with our Customer Support team for record-keeping and assistance.
- Monthly Subscriptions: We offer full refunds for monthly GBXpress subscriptions if canceled within 72 hours of purchase. No refunds are available after the first 72 hours.
- Yearly Subscriptions: If you cancel your yearly subscription within the first 72 hours of purchase, you'll receive a full refund. After the 72-hour window, we’ll provide a prorated refund based on the time not used, calculated on a daily basis, minus a $10 administrative fee. For example, if you cancel 90 days into your subscription, you will be refunded for the remaining 275 days.
Are there any discounts for longer-term subscriptions?
Yes! We offer a 20% discount when you commit to a full-year GBXpress subscription. This option provides the same great features as the monthly plan but at a reduced price for those looking for long-term rodeo planning solutions.
